Caroline's Pinot Noir 2015
"The primary fruit is still dominant in the front palate, the mid palate is tightly wound with the structural elements (acid & tannin) very much holding sway - much as a young limestone terroir Pinot should look at this stage. The finish is long and sinewy with some nuance of oak and spice but definitely a wine that will deliver more over the next 5 years as the tannins resolve and the acid softens allowing the details of the terroir to shine through. I'd expect this to age in a similar way to the 2011 but with slightly more fruit expression and depth of flavour."
